Life Twists & Turns

I am experiencing another stage of my life and its exciting, scary, lonely, crazy, and invigorating.

I started this blog on my first step of adulthood: starting college.

It has been six years since that moment and now not only do I have a Bachelor’s degree but a Master’s Degree as well.

It is crazy for me to fathom that sometime but I must admit I feel blessed.

Upon completing my Master’s I went for a complete new start and moved literally across the country for my first full-time job.

It is weird I am finally making a salary and settling into my life alone and no longer a student.

Even though I am not stressed with my school work any more stress and obstacles are still coming my way and I learning each and every day how to battle them…mostly and truthfully by calling on the Lord.

This move has been best for my relationship with God and connecting to the Holy Spirit.

I am literally isolated from many of my close friends and family. Of course I am making new friends along the way but being this far away from what I know definitely gives me a chance to sit still and think/write about my life and purpose, here on Earth.

Sitting still and being quiet are two very difficult things for me but I am working on doing this more as to be confident in the steps and direction that I take.
